Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the ketua8 platform. By accessing our services you confirm that you accept and are bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and use a ketua8 account. Underage access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual may hold only one active ketua8 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended, and any bonuses obtained through multiple accounts will be voided without exception.
All transactions on ketua8 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We support BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting rollover conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of bots, and exploitation of software errors are all strictly prohibited. ketua8 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such conduct is detected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ketua8 holds its international gaming licence. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the rules of that jurisdiction's competent authority.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms apply to all Members and visitors to the Platform. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have that person's authority to accept these Terms on their behalf, and that person is fully bound by them.
3.1 To be eligible to open and maintain a ketua8 Account, you must:
3.2 You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. ketua8 operates as an offshore international gaming platform. Users in Indonesia are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws. ketua8 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.
3.3 ketua8 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its discretion if eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
4.1 To access real-money services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and open an Account. Registration requires you to supply a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, your date of birth, and a valid Indonesian mobile number.
4.2 One Account Rule. Each person may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances.
4.3 You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ketua8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 You must notify ketua8 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
4.5 All information provided during registration must be accurate. Any material misrepresentation entitles ketua8 to close your Account and void all pending and settled bets placed since the date of the misrepresentation.
5.1 ketua8 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — protects Members against fraud and fulfils our obligations under applicable international anti-money-laundering standards.
5.2 You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
5.3 Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. ketua8 aims to review submitted documents within 24 hours during business hours (WIB, UTC+7).
5.4 If submitted documents cannot be verified, or if a Member refuses to provide required documentation, ketua8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and, in cases of suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation, to close the Account.
All deposits are accepted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are currently supported: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation. ketua8 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned where possible. If a third-party deposit cannot be returned due to technical constraints, the funds will be held pending investigation and will not be available for wagering or withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect Members from fraudulent redirection of funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit for standard Members; VIP Members may be eligible for higher single-transaction limits.
Withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours under normal operating conditions, subject to KYC verification being complete. During periods of high volume or system maintenance, processing times may extend up to 24 hours. ketua8 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and will not be liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
ketua8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially higher than typical Account activity, or where there is reason to suspect Account compromise or suspicious activity.
All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). There is no currency conversion facility on the Platform. All wagers must be placed in IDR and all winnings are credited in IDR.
7.1 ketua8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to Members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be turned over in qualifying bets before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each individual promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, the Bonus Balance is not withdrawable.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. ketua8 prohibits the following activities in relation to bonuses:
7.4 Where ketua8 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus, void all bets placed with bonus funds, and close the Account without prior notice.
7.5 ketua8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured to their stated conclusion.
8.1 All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published on the relevant product pages of the Platform and form part of these Terms.
8.2 A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmed bet slip reference number from the Platform. In the event of a technical failure before confirmation is received, the bet will be treated as void and any stake deducted will be refunded.
8.3 ketua8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed in error due to a manifest software or data-feed error. Where void bets are identified after settlement, the affected stakes will be refunded to the Member's Account.
8.4 Maximum Payout. Regardless of the odds or stake, single-event payout is capped at Rp 500.000.000 per bet, and aggregate payout on accumulator bets (mix parlay — combination bets on multiple events) is capped at Rp 1.000.000.000 per betting slip. Stakes that would result in a payout exceeding these limits may be automatically reduced or declined at the Platform's discretion.
8.5 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting odds are subject to change or suspension at any time without notice. Bets accepted during a temporary suspension will be voided unless confirmed prior to the suspension taking effect. ketua8 is not responsible for any delays between live events and the Platform's data feed.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
10.1 ketua8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing a safe entertainment environment. We strongly encourage all Members to set personal limits on their gambling activity and to make full use of the self-management tools available within their Account dashboard.
10.2 Available responsible gaming tools include adjustable deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Full details are set out on our Responsible Gaming page.
10.3 Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income. If you feel that gambling is adversely affecting your financial situation, relationships, or mental health, we encourage you to contact our support team immediately or visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance and self-assessment resources.
10.4 Self-Exclusion. Any Member may request permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. Once activated, self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, the Member's Account will be suspended, all marketing communications will be ceased, and access to the Platform will be blocked.
11.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of ketua8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without our prior written consent.
11.3 The ketua8 name and logo are trademarks of the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trademark, trade name, service mark, or logo of ketua8 or any third party.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ketua8, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
12.2 ketua8's total aggregate liability to any Member for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 ketua8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time without liability.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 ketua8 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
13.2 Upon closure of an Account for cause, ketua8 may, at its absolute discretion, withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a breach, ketua8 may forfeit the Balance in full. Where no breach is confirmed, the Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance) will be returned to the Member via the payment method on file.
13.3 A Member who wishes to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member subject to completion of KYC verification.
14.1 ketua8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify Members via a notification displayed on the Platform upon login, or via email to the address registered on your Account.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
14.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ketua8 holds its international gaming licence.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and ketua8, both parties agree to first seek resolution through our internal complaints process by contacting support at [email protected]. We will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 calendar days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the competent authority in the licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests pending the outcome of arbitration.
